Retail Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Retail Operations Specialist to own day-to-day execution of order management, logistics coordination, and customer operations across retail and distributor accounts. Drive accuracy and compliance for orders from receipt to confirmation via EDI and retailer portals; coordinate with warehouse partners and 3PLs; ensure OTIF and adherence to routing guides; onboard new accounts and support invoicing and deductions. Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales to keep orders flowing on time. Bring 1–3 years of operations, customer service, or supply chain experience in CPG or related industries; hands-on familiarity with EDI platforms, retailer portals, and ERP/WMS systems; strong Excel/Sheets skills; detail-oriented, proactive communicator in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or supply chain — preferably in CPG, food and beverage, or a related industry
- Familiarity with EDI platforms, order management systems, and distributor portals (e.g., KeHé Connect, UNFI portal, or comparable retailer portals)
- Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is a plus
