Job Summary
Deploy to stores to support operational performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans with Store Managers. Coach teams on best practices while managing customer pickups, receiving stock, and ensuring safe warehouse operations. Improve stock integrity through cycle counts and support efficient Click & Collect, inventory, and visual merchandising processes. Review operational workflows to boost productivity and profitability, then provide feedback to national leadership. Maintain compliance with safety standards and asset counts while working across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in retail operations, warehouse operations or multi-site retail
- Understanding of inventory management, stock integrity and operational KPIs
- Experience with Click & Collect and retail fulfilment processes
- Confidence in coaching and training Store Managers and team members
- Ability to walk into a store, identify what's not working and develop a practical solution
- Comfort working hands-on alongside store teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Being organised, adaptable and comfortable working across different locations
- Understanding of the importance of WHS and operational compliance
- Comfort with the physical requirements of warehouse operations, including regularly lifting, packing and moving products
- Comfort with regular travel and deployment to stores
- A current and valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Holding or obtaining a satisfactory National Police Check
