Job Summary
Retail Operations Sales Representative responsible for in-store selling, merchandising, distribution/assortment, pricing, and POG/shelving compliance in the assigned Texas territory. Owns execution of sales and merchandising plans to increase sales, profits, and market share; visits stores to conduct sales calls, manages MAPS execution and promotions, secures shelf placement and displays, and collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve in-store results. Acts as brand ambassador at shelf, educates consumers on Cacique benefits, maintains inventory and price accuracy, reports product quality concerns, and supports POS materials and refrigeration equipment checks; requires a personal vehicle, mileage tracking, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of retail sales experience
- strong selling skills

- self-motivated and able to work independently
- time-management and scheduling skills
- entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for food
- physical ability to lift up to 65lbs
- valid driver's license
- personal vehicle
- excellent driving record
