Job Summary
Process and monitor daily Retail operations functions including overdrafts, returned items, stop payments, and account adjustments. Perform routine and complex account maintenance with accuracy, responding to internal inquiries regarding deposit accounts and transactions. Research and resolve issues related to customer accounts while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Assist with documentation, reporting, and quality control reviews as needed. Support the team and department with additional tasks and projects assigned. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in Gilford, NH.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years' banking experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Monday - Friday schedule

Desired Qualifications
