Job Summary
Process and monitor daily Retail operations functions including overdrafts, returned items, stop payments, and account adjustments. Perform routine and complex account maintenance with accuracy, respond to internal inquiries regarding deposit accounts and transactions, and research issues related to customer accounts. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures while assisting with documentation, reporting, and quality control reviews. Support the team and department with additional tasks and projects as assigned. This role is part of Bank of New Hampshire's Retail Operations team, supporting the bank's operational efficiency and customer service across New Hampshire.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years' banking experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Monday - Friday schedule
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule

Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with Fiserv core systems
