Job Summary
Retail Operations Manager based in New York for Vacheron Constantin boutiques; partners with Boutique Directors and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, compliance, and enhanced client experience across the North America retail network. Responsibilities include ensuring policies and inventory controls are followed, leading operational training and policy refreshers, overseeing maintenance and regional projects, leading retail systems and IT liaison efforts, driving improvements in process efficiency, supporting boutique openings/renovations, and monitoring client satisfaction and omnichannel initiatives. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–10 years of luxury retail operations or retail management experience, with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in luxury retail operations or retail management
- Strong understanding of luxury retail standards and client experience
- Proven experience managing complex retail environments and cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
