Job Summary
Drive operational excellence by leading up to 40 associates, managing staffing for pivotal store areas, and overseeing inventory, merchandising, and financial targets. Coordinate store opening and closing procedures, handle employment decisions including recruiting and coaching, and ensure compliance with safety standards for pets and staff. Monitor sales trends, manage labor and supply expenses, and address escalated pet parent concerns while maintaining vendor relationships and store cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail leadership or experience in a customer-focused environment
- Full-time availability required

- Proficiency in computer applications
