Job Summary
Oversee daily showroom operations, including opening and closing duties, while directly guiding customers through design consultations and product demonstrations. Drive growth by creating in-home quotations, closing sales, and managing post-sale surveys to ensure accurate measurements for made-to-measure projects. Liaise with installers and suppliers to facilitate smooth project delivery from consultation to completion, and maintain fresh visual merchandising aligned with brand guidelines. Build brand awareness through local marketing and community engagement. Work Monday to Friday (9am–5pm) with Saturday coverage (10am–4pm). This role offers a clear pathway to purchasing and operating the business as a franchise owner.
Required Qualifications
- UK driving licence
- Previous management experience
- IT literate (Microsoft Office/CRM)
