Job Summary
Support sales associates with merchandise handling, product knowledge training, and presentation standards while leading the team on duty. Manage inventory through audits, cycle counts, and sales trend analysis to optimize stock levels and promotional setups. Oversee store operations including opening/closing procedures, POS transactions, and pet care maintenance for new arrivals and sick pets. Address associate complaints, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with safety standards and brand promises. Act as the primary store leader when other leaders are absent, guiding associates through daily tasks and performance feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
- Full-time availability required

- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
