Retail Operations Lead

Job Summary
Drive operational excellence by overseeing store opening and closing, managing inventory audits, and executing merchandise strategies to optimize sales. Lead and direct sales associates through training, mentoring, and performance feedback while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Handle cash transactions using POS systems, address associate grievances, and maintain pet care standards including feeding, cleaning, and transporting sick or injured animals. Ensure accurate inventory records, manage seasonal displays, and support the associate and pet parent experience for online order pickups. Act as the primary leader on duty when other leaders are unavailable, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
- Full-time availability required
