Retail Operations Lead

Retail Operations Lead responsible for merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, opening/closing the store, and overseeing associates to maintain a safe, organized store. Leads and mentors staff, implements merchandise strategies, manages inventory and POS transactions, ensures store standards and ethics compliance, supports live cycle counts, and guarantees a positive customer and pet parent experience. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on training, coaching, and development of team members; full-time availability with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
