Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead with responsibility for merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, opening/closing procedures, and supervising store associates. Drives store-level operational excellence, ensures a safe and organized environment, supports associate development, and maintains high standards for customer experience and store presentation. Requires 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, proficiency with computer applications and POS systems, and strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience
- Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Supervisory responsibility (guiding and supporting other associates)
- Experience with merchandising handling and product presentation
- Experience with inventory management and POS systems
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
Additional Requirements
