Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead responsible for driving store-level operational excellence, merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, and supervising associates. Key duties include training and developing staff, delegating daily tasks, leading during open/close shifts, ensuring accurate inventory and audits, operating POS systems and handling cash, maintaining store standards and ethical compliance, executing merchandise strategies, coordinating live cycle counts, and ensuring a positive pet parent experience with online order pickup or ship-from-store. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment, strong communication, organizational skills, the ability to manage seasonal displays and promotions, and ensuring pet health and safety in the store.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience
- Full-time availability

- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
