Job Summary
Execute merchandise strategies, manage inventory levels, and conduct regular audits to optimize sales and stock replenishment. Lead and direct sales associates by providing training on product knowledge, mentoring, and coaching while addressing performance reviews and grievances. Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash transactions, and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures. Manage store opening and closing procedures, maintain pet care standards including feeding and quarantine protocols, and respond immediately to sick or injured pets. Support the associate and pet parent experience through online order pickups and ship-from-store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
- Full-time availability required
