Retail Operations Lead

Lead retail operations at PetSmart stores with responsibility for merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, store opening/closing, and supervising associates. Drive an excellent in-store experience by executing merchandising strategies, managing inventory and promotional setups, operating POS systems, ensuring adherence to Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics, and supporting associate development through training and coaching. Responsibilities include guiding sales associates, delegating daily tasks, addressing complaints, maintaining store standards and layout, performing live cycle counts, and ensuring a positive experience for customers placing online orders (pickup or ship from store). Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, organization, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
