Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead responsible for merchandising and inventory management, store operations including opening/closing, supervising associates, and maintaining a safe, organized environment; supports associate development through training, onboarding, coaching, and feedback while ensuring a positive customer and pet-parent experience in a PetSmart store; duties include POS operations, cash handling, enforcing company policies and code of ethics, and maintaining visual and display standards with emphasis on leadership, training, scheduling, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to react under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
