Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead at PetSmart drives operational excellence in store, overseeing merchandising, inventory management, pet care operations, and opening/closing procedures. Leadership responsibilities include training, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback for sales associates; ensure compliance with policies and code of ethics; manage POS transactions and cash handling; maintain store standards and visual presentation; conduct regular live cycle counts and address discrepancies; ensure pets are healthy and safe, and support online order pickup and ship-from-store experiences.
