Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead responsible for merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, opening and/or closing the store, overseeing associates, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Leads and coaches sales associates, trains and mentors for growth, delegates daily tasks, assists in monitoring inventory and sales trends, operates POS, ensures policy compliance, and supports a positive customer and pet-parent experience. Requires 2+ years of retail supervisory experience and full-time availability; emphasizes leadership, training, communication, organization, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience
- Full-time availability
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to react under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
