Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead at PetSmart drives store operations and merchandising excellence, oversees inventory management and pet care, opens/closes the store, and guides associates to deliver a positive pet-parent and customer experience. Responsibilities include leading and coaching sales associates, training and onboarding, delegating daily tasks, managing POS transactions, maintaining store standards and visual layout, conducting live cycle counts, and ensuring compliance with Policies and Procedures and the Code of Ethics. The role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and the physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a pet-care environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
