Retail Operations Lead

Retail Operations Lead responsible for merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, opening/closing the store, supervising associates, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Key duties include training and mentoring sales associates, leading on-duty, addressing grievances, executing merchandise strategies, managing inventory and audits, operating POS systems, ensuring store standards and ethical compliance, and supporting both associate and pet parent experiences with online orders (pick-up in store or ship from store). Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and leadership in a retail setting.
