Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead at PetSmart overseeing store operations, merchandising, inventory management, and pet care responsibilities. Includes opening/closing duties, supervising associates, training and coaching, ensuring accurate POS transactions, conducting live cycle counts, maintaining store standards, and delivering a positive customer experience. Role requires leadership to guide associates, maintain an organized and visually appealing store, and ensure pets in care are healthy and safe. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
- Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
