Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead responsible for driving store operational excellence, merchandising and inventory management, opening/closing procedures, and supervising associates. Key duties include leading and coaching staff, training and onboarding, ensuring accurate inventory, executing promotional setups, operating POS systems, maintaining store standards and a safe environment, and delivering a positive experience for customers and pet parents. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills required; ability to manage deadlines, adapt to schedule needs (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), and uphold policies and ethics. Required Qualifications
