Job Summary
PetSmart’s Process Lead (Retail Operations Lead) drives operational excellence in stores, governs merchandising and inventory management, oversees opening/closing duties, and mentors associates to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging shopping environment while upholding the brand promise. Responsibilities include leading through tasks; training and coaching for growth; managing inventory audits and sales trends; operating POS systems; maintaining store standards and policy compliance; overseeing employee performance and providing feedback; ensuring pet care health and safety, and delivering positive experiences for pet parents with online order pickups and ship-from-store options. Strong emphasis on leadership, merchandising execution, analytics, communication, and adherence to procedures to maintain a high-performing retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
