Job Summary
PetSmart Retail Operations Lead responsible for merchandising and inventory management, store opening/closing, supervising associates, and maintaining a safe, organized environment to deliver a positive customer and pet-parent experience. Responsibilities include directing merchandising strategies, conducting regular inventory audits and stock replenishment, operating POS and handling cash, ensuring store standards and policies are followed, and supporting associate development through training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching. Additional duties cover assisting with live cycle counts, ensuring pets in care are healthy and well cared for, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
