Retail Operations Lead

Retail Operations Lead responsible for merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, opening/closing the store, and supervising associates. Leads and directs associates on duty, handles associate training and development, and ensures store standards and compliance with Policies and Procedures. Duties include merchandise strategies, inventory audits, POS/cash handling, executing promotions, and maintaining a safe, engaging store environment with a focus on customer experience and pet care. Requires 2+ years supervisory experience, full-time availability, and strong communication and organizational skills; ability to lead tasks, coaching, and performance feedback; physical requirements include standing, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
