Retail Operations Lead

Retail Operations Lead responsible for merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, opening/closing the store, overseeing associates, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Leads and directs associates as on-duty leader; trains, mentors, and provides feedback to staff; manages POS and cash transactions; conducts monthly live cycle counts; ensures pets in care are healthy and safe; supports online order pickups and ship-from-store experiences; upholds store standards and adherence to Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics. Requires strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational skills, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and proficiency with computer applications.
