Retail Operations Lead

Retail Operations Lead overseeing in-store merchandising, inventory management, pet care operations, and performance of associates; leads store opening/closing, ensures safety/compliance, analyzes sales trends for stock replenishment and promotions, manages POS transactions, and maintains store standards with a focus on delivering a positive pet-parent experience.
