Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead at PetSmart oversees merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, and store opening/closing while directing associates and upholding store standards. Required Qualifications

- Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; visually appealing store layout
- Supervisory experience and ability to guide/mentor associates
