Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead at PetSmart responsible for driving operational excellence in stores, including merchandising, inventory management, store opening/closing, and overseeing associates. Lead and develop staff, train on product knowledge and presentation standards, manage daily tasks, ensure accurate inventory records and POS cash handling, uphold policies and ethics, and contribute to a safe, clean, and engaging store environment. Responsibilities also include supporting pet care operations, ensuring a positive experience for pet parents with online order pickup or ship-from-store, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout while managing the associate experience and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
