Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead responsible for driving store-level operational excellence, including merchandising, inventory management, pet care operations, opening/closing procedures, and overseeing associates. Must lead and develop team members, train on product knowledge and presentation standards, manage inventory and POS transactions, ensure store standards and safety, and support a positive customer experience with online order fulfillment (in-store pickup/shipping). Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, organization, and the ability to supervise while delivering a high-quality retail environment for pets and their families.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment
