Job Summary
Retail Operations Lead responsible for driving operational excellence in a PetSmart store, including merchandising and inventory management, pet care operations, opening/closing procedures, supervising associates, and maintaining a safe, organized store environment; requires leadership of associates, training/coaching for growth, effective communication, and ensuring a positive customer experience with responsibilities spanning POS operations, stock replenishment, and adherence to policies; strong organizational skills and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
