Retail Operations Executive - Malaysia

Job Summary
Execute timely updates and efficient organization of retail reports and trackers to maintain sources of truth for the Retail organization. Coordinate monthly store supply procurement, manage vendor relations, and oversee store facilities maintenance across all locations. Conduct comprehensive monthly store audits, coordinate weekly cycle counts, and troubleshoot operational tech and equipment issues such as POS problems. Clarify promotion terms, configure retail marketing promotions within the POS system, and communicate setup timelines clearly to country teams. This role reports to the Global Retail Operations Manager and supports global retail initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements. You will also conduct cashier and operational training for all staff, manage user feedback on internal systems, and ensure proper store setup for bi-annual inventory stocktakes and sales events.
Required Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting and connecting with people to build trusting relationships with customers and external stakeholders
- Strong multi-tasking and execution abilities, and an ability to think /work systematically, with impeccable judgment and discretion
- Previous relevant experience in Customer Service or Retail Operations preferred
- Degree in any field
- Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, numerate and tech-savvy
- Good team player, highly initiative, diligent and fun-loving
- Meticulous with details and works with a positive attitude to meet deadline
- Excellent time management skills and independent worker
