Job Summary
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives driving membership growth, deposit acquisition, and lending production across multiple branch locations. Establish performance objectives, monitor results, and hold branch leadership accountable for meeting goals. Provide direction and mentorship to high-performing teams while ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and internal policies. Prepare reports and business cases for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. This role supports FreeStar Financial Credit Union's mission to expand market presence and deliver exceptional member experiences through operational excellence and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry
- Four (4) years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience within a financial institution
- Responsibility for multiple teams or locations
- Business development experience
- Professional networking experience
- Relationship management experience
- Sales leadership experience
- Advanced knowledge of branch operations
- Advanced knowledge of retail banking
