Retail Operations Associate, Sandro/Maje, The Mall at Short Hills

Operations-focused Retail Associate responsible for back-of-house functions to support a high-touch sales environment. Responsibilities include merchandise check-in and processing, store-to-store transfers, markdown updates, RTV processing, visual merchandising support, floor-set execution, replenishment, inventory control, cycle counts, and safety; assist with POS transactions and customer service on the sales floor; maintain stockroom organization and efficiency; ensure adherence to brand guidelines and operational policies. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and flexibility with scheduling; bilingual capability is a plus. 1+ years of sales support experience preferred; compensation includes base hourly pay, commissions/incentives, and employee benefits. Location: Short Hills, NJ. Hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
