Job Summary
Part-time Operations Associate at SMCP brands Sandro and Maje in Holt Renfrew Square One, Mississauga. You’ll play a key role in back-of-house operations to support an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. Responsibilities include administrative and merchandise processing (check-in and processing of incoming merchandise, store-to-store transfers, markdown management, RTV processing), visual merchandising and presentation (floor sets, replenishment, displays), asset protection and inventory management (shortage prevention, cycle counts, physical inventory prep, safety protocols), stockroom organization and efficiency (organization and restocking processes), and sales floor support and customer service (POS operations, greeting and assisting customers). Requirements include 1+ years of sales support experience with POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management; strong organizational skills; attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities; brand-appropriate presentation; good communication; and flexible availability. Bilingual capabilities are a plus. Ontario compensation range is $19–$22 CAD per hour.
