Retail Operations Associate

Greet teammates and customers proactively to understand needs and support the shopping experience. Process all merchandise received at the store according to established programs and procedures, ensuring the backroom remains organized and accessible. Uphold merchandising standards, assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, and handling RTVS and claims. Fulfill customer experience processes according to service level standards while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of company information and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
