Retail Operations Associate

Greet customers and athletes, proactively assist shoppers, and uphold brand and presentation standards. Ensure merchandise and received product are processed according to established programs; maintain an organized backroom in partnership with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead. Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVs, claims, and freight processing. Deliver a high-quality customer experience by following service level standards, safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures. Foster an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected, and support the team across the store as needed.
