Job Summary
As a Retail Operations Associate at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you will create an exceptional shopping experience by greeting and assisting customers, ensuring merchandise is processed according to standards, maintaining an organized backroom, and fulfilling customer service level standards. You will support operational tasks including unloading trucks and managing inventory processes while adhering to safety and confidentiality policies. Ideal candidates should have the ability to lift up to 35 lbs, work on their feet for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions. Prior retail or customer-focused experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
