Retail Operations Associate at DICK’S Sporting Goods: greet customers and teammates, proactively assist athletes to understand needs and enhance their shopping experience; ensure merchandise is processed per programs and that the backroom is organized and accessible; uphold merchandising and presentation standards; assist with unloading trucks, freight processing, transfers, RTVs, claims, and related tasks; maintain safety and loss-prevention procedures and protect confidentiality; contribute to an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store; perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Applicants should be able to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour), and work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours) with potential height work up to 4 feet using a ladder or platform. Previous retail or customer-focused experience is preferred.
