Job Summary
Join DICK’S Sporting Goods as a Retail Operations Associate to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
