Job Summary
Retail Operations Associate responsible for greeting customers and proactively assisting athletes, processing merchandise and backroom organization, upholding merchandising and presentation standards, assisting with unloading trucks and freight processing (transfers, RTVS, claims), and maintaining safety and loss prevention standards; requires prior retail or customer-focused experience, ability to stand and lift up to 35 lbs, and ability to work extended periods in a store setting. Targeted pay range is $15.00-$22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
