Retail Operations Associate

Greet teammates and customers while proactively understanding athlete needs to support their shopping experience. Process all merchandise and product received in accordance with established programs, ensuring the backroom remains organized for easy access with the Freight Flow/Operations Lead. Uphold merchandising standards, assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, RTVS, and claims. Fulfill customer experience processes according to service level standards while adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and treated with respect. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
