Retail Operations Associate

Greet teammates and customers while proactively understanding athlete needs to support their shopping experience. Process all received merchandise according to established programs, ensuring the backroom remains organized and accessible. Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, executing transfers, and handling RTVS and claims. Uphold merchandising standards and adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of company information and foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and respected. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. This role requires the ability to stand, bend, and lift items up to 35 lbs repeatedly, work extended periods standing or walking, and operate at heights greater than four feet.
