Job Summary
As a Retail Operations Associate at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience, processing merchandise, organizing the backroom, and assisting with freight and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, executing transfers, and adhering to safety and loss prevention standards. Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
