Job Summary
Boutique Operations Manager at Nespresso Washington Square to oversee daily store functions, inventory, safety/compliance, back-of-house and front-of-house operations, IT systems troubleshooting, and omni services (same-day delivery and in-store pickups). Lead a back-of-house team of 2, assist Manager on Duty, train staff, drive operational efficiency, ensure food safety and CPR certifications where required, and contribute to a culture of exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years’ experience in retail or customer service industry related profession
