Job Summary
Retail Operations Assistant Manager responsible for building the retail business unit and ensuring consistent policies across store locations. Acts as the main liaison between HQ and store teams, overseeing inventory control, budgeting, team training, and vendor relations. Key duties include coordinating procurement of store supplies and events, conducting monthly store audits, training cashiers and operational staff, supervising retail teams, driving operational excellence, and collaborating with Global HQ to optimize workflows. Also responsible for store setup for bi-annual inventory stocktakes, weekly cycle counts, and supporting retail events. Requires strong communication, vendor-management, data analysis, and process-improvement skills to deliver customer-service excellence and achieve KPIs such as NPS and inventory metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- At least 3 years experience in Customer Service or Retail Operations both front and back-end
- Possess intermediate Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, numerate and tech-savvy
- Good team player, highly initiative, diligent and fun-loving
- Meticulous with details and works with a positive attitude to meet deadlines
- Excellent time management skills and independent worker
