Job Summary
Conduct daily in-store operations by executing brand standards, managing merchandising and presentation, and overseeing inventory replenishment. Lead a team through hands-on coaching, hiring support, and cross-training while ensuring strict adherence to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Plan and align a 30-day workforce schedule with the Assistant Store Manager to execute daily assignments, game plans, and store events. Maintain an inclusive environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, supported by a commitment to accountability, customer focus, and collaborative decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred
