Job Summary
Assist customers with omni-channel fulfillment tasks (Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and curbside), process merchandise, uphold merchandising and presentation standards, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. Support omni fulfillment operations, participate in loss prevention procedures, complete FedEx box count audits, and adhere to safety and standard operating procedures. Create an inclusive store environment, collaborate with teammates, and take an all-hands-on-deck approach. Demonstrate accountability, customer focus, collaboration, trust, and decisive action.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour)
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously)
