Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist athletes to understand their needs, supporting their shopping experience. Ensure merchandise and received product are processed per programs and procedures, uphold merchandising/presentation standards, and fulfill omni fulfillment processes (Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, and curbside pickup). Participate in Loss Prevention related to omni-channel processes and assist with daily FedEx box count audits. Maintain store safety, confidentiality of company information, and an inclusive environment. Collaborate across the store with teammates to support customer experience and store operations, performing other tasks as assigned. Knowledge of inventory control and service level standards is beneficial, as is the ability to stand, bend, and lift 15-35 lbs and work extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
