Job Summary
Greet teammates and customers while proactively understanding athlete needs to support their shopping experience. Process all incoming merchandise according to established programs and uphold merchandising presentation standards. Execute omni fulfillment processes including Ship From Store, Buy Online Pickup In Store, and curbside pick-up. Participate in loss prevention procedures, specifically completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits per inventory control standards. Adhere to safety policies, standard operating procedures, and maintain confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and safe. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

- Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred
